David Love Cameron.
David Love Cameron is a horticulturist who trained at Greenmount Agricultural College before winning a scholarship with Raymond Blanc to create a heritage garden at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford.
He returned to Northern Ireland in 2015 and took over a two acre, historic, walled garden at Craigdarragh in Helen’s Bay that had been created in the 19th century by Thomas Workman, founder of the Workman and Clark shipyard in Belfast. David’s task was to restore the garden to its former glory and to supply locally grown organic vegetables to local restaurants. Based on the quality and variety of the produce he has cultivated, David quickly gained a client list of some of the best restaurants in Northern Ireland. The walled garden is now a destination location for all foodies interested in heritage fruit, vegetables and salads.
David is now working with and supplying the Michelin starred The Five Fields restaurant in Chelsea.
